Overview

As a Designer, you collaborate with your team to develop projects from start to finish. You see projects from the programming/conceptual design phase to the completion of the construction administration. Your attention to detail is essential as you prepare construction documents. With your great communication skills, you coordinate with multiple disciplines to consultants, contractors, owners, and team members to ensure that our projects are successful. It is exciting to see your projects come to life! This is a full-time, non-exempt position paid on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze a variety of architectural data to determine requirements to meet engineering objectives; may calculate design data.
  • Prepare layout for complete drawing package and assists in selecting and preparing applicable standard details.
  • Assist in developing and preparing non-standard and complex design details.
  • Use computerized design software and other relevant computerized tools to prepare design assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or an Associates degree in Computer Aided Design/Graphics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
