Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains business relationships with clients, partner design firms, and consultants in Parkhill’s Community Sector
  • Manages proposal preparation, production, and delivery within Parkhill’s Faith-Based Practice
  • Collaborates with the Faith-Based Practice Leader and team on new project development and strategic proposal approaches
  • Leads and supports marketing campaigns, presentations, and media content creation

Qualifications

  • Faith-based experience managing and leading teams or similar position
  • A&E industry business development, proposal development, and coordination experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • High-level expertise in strategic planning, project management, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience and excellence in writing, presenting, editing, and graphic composition showcasing attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage tasks from start to finish, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office products. Bluebeam and Photoshop (preferable)
