Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Transform creative solutions, concepts, and information into presentations.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members.
  • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Document code review and compliance, reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, and more.
  • Prepare project construction documents and specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s of Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas or eligible through reciprocity.
  • 6-10+ years of experience preferred.
  • Passion for creative design.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members inside and outside the office; virtually/in-person.
  • Desire for continued development and growth.
  • Basic technical skills of interior design including:
    • Proficiency in Revit required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook required
    • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software preferred
    • Knowledge of Bluebeam.
  • Travel may be required.
