Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and relevant project solutions.
Manage effective communication between the client and internal project teams
Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes
Monitor project costs, staffing, and resource utilization to maintain profitability
Direct and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Support team members to ensure timely and quality project completion
Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to client development initiatives
Conduct site visits and assessments as needed
Develop design concepts and proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications
Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants to integrate systems and designs
Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approvals
Perform additional duties as assigned
Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare design
At least 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects
Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration across teams and with clients
