The Project Manager supports the delivery of public infrastructure and civil engineering projects through direct technical involvement. This role will work across multiple sectors to meet project demands and ensure timely, high-quality project execution. The Project Manager works closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure high-quality project execution. This individual will serve as a technical resource, providing oversight on design, permitting, and construction services for civil and municipal projects while also facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, salary, exempt position.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in civil or municipal infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing engineering projects such as water/wastewater systems, electrical/controls systems, drainage, roadways, and utility coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate across disciplines
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
