The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of design and construction projects from initiation through closeout. Working with clients, design teams, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders, the Project Manager provides leadership across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, procurement, and overall project execution. Depending on the assignment, the Project Manager may provide traditional project management, program management, Owner's Representative, or construction management services while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams. The Project Manager leads multidisciplinary teams, anticipates and resolves project challenges, mentors Assistant Project Managers, and maintains accountability for successful project outcomes. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on an annual salary basis.
