The Senior Environmental Permitting Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and senior technical reviewer supporting environmental permitting and compliance across Parkhill’s disciplines, markets, and offices. The position leads preparation and review of permit applications and regulatory submittals, strengthens quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and helps project teams develop complete, technically sound, and consistent documents. The role works with Architects, Engineers, Planners, Environmental Professionals, and Project Managers to identify environmental requirements early and integrate them into project planning and delivery.
Assignments may support public infrastructure, buildings and site development, utilities, industrial facilities, and other public and private projects. Work spans environmental permitting and compliance programs, with assignments based on the specialist’s expertise and coordination with other technical professionals as needed. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on a salary basis.
